I went to Big Sandy for a smaller book shelf and I ended up leaving with a complete living room. :) All of this because of my sales person Robert Johnson. As soon we stepped into the store he came to greet us. Later when we were just walking around he came to check up on us. From that time he did not leave us and he helped with all the question we had. He was amazing. His knowledge, his professionalism, his personality and his patience. We walked around for hours choosing the right pieces and he did not mind at all. A big thank you for that!! I wish the company as many great sales person as Robert. I hope he is evaluated by the company. I can only suggest Big Sandy to everyone with their prices and selection. Really good experience! And if you go there ask for Robert!!!!!
My husband and I wanted to buy living room furniture as our Christmas to one another. I had searched on line and sought recommendations from friends, and I am happy that they directed us to Big Sandy. We were greeted by Bob P. who gave us an overview of the store, the ratings, and current sales. He left us to peruse the store but was readily available when we had questions. Once we narrowed our selections to the final two, he helped us with pros/cons of each. We agreed on a leather sofa and recliner which will be delivered within the week. Super stoked that we will have it by Christmas. Glad we selected the Polaris Big Sandy Superstore.
I visited the Big Sandy and worked with the sweetest man Mr. Ricky Rigguto. He got my Family and I an entire house full of furniture it looks great and I got a phenomenal deal. He was so patient with my kids there. I'll definitely be sending friends and family your way Ricky. Go in to the store and ask for the man with the Nifty looking shoes and the great smile
My wife and I went couch shopping for the first time in our 10 years together and were nervous about the entire process. We eventually made our way to Big Sandy on Polaris and were greeted by Ricky Rigutto, Ricky did a superb job of assisting us through the process of picking out furniture and educating us on all of our options. He was able to help us secure the best deal possible and is committed to tracking our order to make sure we get a better deal if something comes up before we make our final order. We will be sure to shop Big Sandy for our future furniture needs!
Update: 12/20/17: I was nervous because of all the bad reviews on the website re: delivery. I could not have had a better experience! Our window of time was between 10a-2p. I was home so that was good. I got a phone call at 9am indicating that the furniture would arrive within 30 minutes. Chris and Brandon were fantastic! They protected our entryways; set up the furniture where I wanted it; and cleaned up their mess. All BEFORE the scheduled time of 10am. Thank you Big Sandy Superstore for a great expereience!
The staff is friendly, honest, and very helpful. They are not pushy and offer the best quality. Charles was very knowledgeable about the electronics and helped me make the best decision for my needs. I love that they price match competitor prices. It made me feel like I was getting a great deal. I will definitely be back.
