Make sure you are wearing comfortable walking shoes because this store is HUGE. It is very easy to spend an hour here without even realizing it. The free coffee/tea is nice (and great quality!) and the food is actually pretty tasty too. I love all of the model display rooms, they are so inspiring and I still can't get past the pricing. Prior to the store opening we had purchased about $1,000 worth of dressers, bookcases, a bed frame, and some miscellaneous storage items. I can safely say that putting all of the furniture together is a breeze. Most things you can build with one person, every once in a while it is helpful to have a second set of hands though. We are planning to purchase more next year after we move into our first house!

Love this location. The store is clean and enough staff to assist you. Always find something to take home. The cafe is gorgeous. The food was excellent also. Under $10.00 a person with drinks and dessert. I'll take the 2 hour drive again!

You should expect the nature of this store to be extremely busy, all IKRS stores are. Having said that, it's a smaller footprint store compared to larger cities, but has everything you need at very reasonable prices. Don't expect heirloom furniture, but if you're looking for kids, college, starting a home, or just need a less expensive trendy version of the big box furniture store items, it's a great place for furniture that looks pretty good. They also have a good selection of home wares at very reasonable prices and it's very kid friendly from start to finish.

I really prefer to just look at their catalog. The building is HUGE and takes a long time to go through. If you love to shop (or live to shop) you'll love Ikea, especially if you're good at visualizing how things will look. I'm not good at visualizing, so the catalog is a better choice for me.

I was really looking forward to this Ikea opening and it's still a good choice for our kids just not for me or my better half who went with me.

Staff is friendly here... You get most items in reasonable price. I wish this was in Cleveland. I would have bought lot more items as that's so near to my home. Things are always very organized. They give paper n pencil to write the item Details n u can get them in respective aisles... Very nicely maintained and clean store. I have visited IKEA in Columbus, Pittsburgh in USA and Mississauga in Canada. Same structure and process. I like the store much. Everyone should visit the store near to their home atleast once. I am happy as they are planning to launch stores in India as well. Hope one of the stores is near to my home..
