This place is better than awesome
This place is a joke. It's less than a joke because it isn't funny. They leave you on hold for extended periods of time, hang up on you, doctors have you waiting 20 30 minutes past your scheduled appointments, my appointments are never on time. Doctors dont return my phone calls. If I could give it zero stars I would.
During the time I have have been with North Central Mental Health, my outlook in life has improved tremendously. I had a counselor who was understanding and listened to all my problems. He guided me to resolutions and worked with me to see what I could also do for myself as well. He also was very good at keeping me out of inpatient hospitalization. I have a good psychiatrist who found the right combination of medications to help keep me stable. I am very thankful to North Central Mental Health for all they have done to enhance my life. Thank-you
I took a family member here. The staff seemed friendly and eager to help. The facility was clean and professional.
I really like this place. I have been to other places that are nowhere close to what this place does for me. From day 1 when I reached out for help to this day they comtinue to help me. They have a team of people that work together for not just my mental health but my over all well being. Save the time of going some place else. Choose North Central!
