I should have read the "beware of repairs" review prior to my having earrings repaired by Meyer Jewelry. They severely dented the earrings during the repair and now they cannot be worn. When I brought them back in 3 days later the Manager tried to tell me that they were not the same earrings they repaired. I picked them up from him and he saw what they looked like 3 days prior. They denied they did the damage and I finally became so upset with the Manager I walked out. Do not use this jewelry store especially for repairs. I notice on their website they state how important customer service is to them. Apparently this Manager does not feel the same way.
Stopped in today to get my watchband adjusted and had very good customer service! Thx!

Don't buy into these negative reviews, they're simply BS. I've had only great experiences through this store and trust me..I've dealt with some pretty bad stores. Case in point the person who spoke about her ring losing diamonds, well she doesn't know what she's talking ably because that is normal when you ABUSE your ring which she clearly did because you don't go through an insurance replacement unless you are abnormally hard on your ring. So yeah disregard those bad reviews and check this place out!
If all you need is a good shine on your lady's ring, they are fair suited to accommodate. Haven't had any problems with them yet.
