Love it. Use it all the time to get from point A to point B around downtown and leave the car at home- a great asset to Columbus. I have absolutely no problem with the 30 min re-docking. It keeps the bikes available for use and someone from just locking it to a bike rack for half the day.
Got over-charged for a bike ride. Should have been charged $16 and was charged $34. No explanation for this overcharge.
I pay 7$ a month to commute 3 miles to and from work way faster than the bus could get me there. For my purpose there isn't a better deal available. Just wish there were some stations a bit further up high street than they currently are.
I thought it was eight dollars all day just to get charged fourteen dollars. Why does it say eight dollars unlimited? Who wants to rent a bike and have to worry about returning it to a docking station every 30 minutes? This is very misleading, I doubt if I will use it again.
Knowingly mileading service. Anyone who is planning on using the bike for longer than 30 min please just don't even bother trying this out. Verbiage for $8 DAY PASS is incorrect. It is $8 a day only if you stop what you're doing to find another bike dock every 30 min. You will be charged $3 every half hour if you don't re-dock. It is also a conflict of interest that someone who works there writes a 5 star review - again another attempt to mislead the consumer.
Edit: I added one star because I called customer service and they were able to refund me half of the $3 service fees that added up during my use. Customer service was polite and helpful.
