Great environment with lots to do on a rainy afternoon. Took my 9 year old son for the first time. I was not sure of options and front desk staff seemed annoyed that I was trying to understand my options by asking questions. Outside of that we had a good time.
Excellent experience for a first time out.. Definitely get the Groupon it helps.. Super staff great cars and safety gear. The laser tag is amazing the kids loved it.. Definitely a MUST visit
Great Karting experience here, only suggestion would be to tweak pricing to increase attendance so you have more people to race against every race + make the whole track available on more than just Sunday!
Fool me once - shame on you. Fool me twice - shame on you. Fool me THREE times - shame on me. I tried to give this place a chance but the management was just absolutely terrible. Three times we've been to this place and EVERY TIME we had issues. If you actually get to partake in the activities, yeah they are a blast, but the you better believe that you will experience the worst business communication you've ever seen. We spoke to the OWNER OF THE COMPANY...and even he was no better. Waited over an hour for what should have been only 30 min wait. People who arrived after us were racing before us. All the owner could do was make excuses for why we were in the wrong - always tried to defend "himself" and never compensated us for anything. We could have discussed the case back and forth with this guy for much longer but realized it was no use. We finally ASKED for a refund. They simply do not care about customer opinions.
I took my team there for a little stress release and WOW it was a blast! We did 3 races and can’t wait to go back for more! The track is challenging but lots of fun! I’ve been here with my daughter as well and it’s great for ALL ages! If you haven’t been, you owe it to yourself to try it! There are also “Escape Rooms” and lots of activities for kids. I might have to use a meeting room soon!
I do have to give credit to a front desk employee named Zach. Not even a manager and as we were walking out, he offered a 10% discount on their escape room. While it still doesn't make up for the horrible experience we had, at least someone there cared about how we felt, and he wasn't even a manager.
