I have been dealing with this "enforcement agency" for 15, almost 16, years now. My ex husband is over $18,000 behind and guess what they do. NOTHING. That's right, nothing. I call or email and they say there is nothing they can do because he sent in a payment of $8.00 last month. I guess they are right, he was just $240 short. $8.00 is more than enough to take care of my son. What a freaking joke.
You People Do Realize That Child Support Is Already Paid For From Your Trust Account. Everyone Has One. Look It Up. TDA Account. Child Support Is A Fraud.
Anytime I had a issue with the agency I was met with many of the same problems you guy's are voicing here.
I say to you - trust In yourself and hang in there. Keep your account paid up. There are better days ahead for you. No, you can't see it now. But trust there is light at the end of the tunnel.
