Poppa Joe's is better then them there slow and very unprofessional and had me on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up and I order my pizza last night at 8:45 and they said it's going too be here in a hour but they didn't never come and told me at 10:58 2 minutes before closing that they don't deliver over here. I'm never ordering from them again poor management I glad I didn't pay with a card.
The pizza here is the perfect, midwest-style pizza. Thin thin crust, edge-to-edge toppings and those tiny, old-world pepperoni that curl and crisp. #worthit
Pizza and subs are delicious we love this place, staff not as friendly as i would like but at least they're not rude.
He was not nice, hospitable or professional about it. I did not enjoy the experience and don't tolerate being treated as less than a valued customer. Don't expect reasonable service if you find your order wrong. I feel very disrespected.
I don't think, more than likely we won't be going back because it is not always about the food but about courtesy and business etiquette.
My husband and I don't live far from this place and have enjoyed the food more than once or twice. We ordered from there tonight after our long and tedious day. I am just so out done and upset at at the head man there tonight because our order was wrong. When we went back with our receipt and only expecting what we would normally get from other restaurants, courtesy, replacement meal or some other courtesy because by then my food is cold and we had to get dressed to come back out; just something for the trouble...I was met with being implied that I was a liar, mixing of words as calling what we ordered something else. I should not have had to argue or anything when the customer is always right. Why would I come all the way back out in the cold to lie about an order and argue. I am upset at the way I was treated and never got a courtesy because by then he had convinced himself that he was right just because the shift had changed and that person was not there to confirm what we were telling him was correct. Now mind you this is the boss, owner or whoever decides what goes.
First and last time EVER!!! ORDERED GAME-DAY SPECIAL SAT AT BAR AND A BIG ASS ROACH, YEA A BROWN BROTHA ON THE COUNTER.... DISGUSTED.. HAD TO LEAVE ITCHING BUT DONT BUY! SHE EVEN SAID ITS NOT UN NORMAL. FOR ME IT IS FOH
