Visible from main thoroughfare. Drive through service. Salad bar is fantastic. Good place to go anytime but on Sundays they have a breakfast salad bar you will love. Table or booth sitting. Smaller parking lot but does have handicap parking.
The individual servers were fine, but the overall operation needs some fine tuning and streamlining. We walked out to a full line of people waiting.. i couldn't help feeling sorry for them
I had not been in a Frisch's in 20 some years due to the absolutely horrendous service and horrible quality of their food. I have made a habit of going out for breakfast Saturday and Sundays since moving into my new home, and having exhausted most of the other restaurants close to my home (and multiple visits), I decided to try Frisch's again. The staff was attentive and friendly and super helpful. Unbeknownst to myself, I was the only person in the place, but they set up the buffet for me and fully stocked it as if the place was jumping. Everything was fresh and delicious. And super reasonably priced.
Food was fine. But the service brought it down so much.
It wasn't horrible but wasn't great.
We weren't greeted for the first 5 min. Nobody in sight. Then we finally sat down (larger party, but it was a sunday morning- i would assume that they would be well staffed for their busiest day!)
It is very obvious that the employees here don't care about their jobs. The food was pretty good but the service surrounding it made for a poor visit.
Food took pretty long for a burger & fries. They weren't busy at so the kitchen couldn't be that busy. We didn't get any refills on our water. I had to go up to the register to get my own refill. Another customer walled to the register to get napkins.
We went out for dinner with our kids and that's what we got. Dinner. Nothing more & nothing less.
Took 20 min before order was taken. Then another 25 min till we saw our food. It took almost an hour before we saw food!!
For the last 3 times we visited, we had a long wait to get seated, a long wait to have our order taken and a long wait to check out. The food came fast and the food was excellent. We typically dine not at rush times. As this happened 3 times, it appears to be a systemic issue. It Will influence Our choice of restaurants in the future.
