I booked a trip for a wedding and the agent did not communicate with me about the payments until the week prior to the final payment being due. 6 months went by with no communication from the agent. Granted I realize that it is my responsibility to make payments, however, as everyone else, we all get busy. I have booked with other companies that send reminders to make payments each month. Not this company! The most communication I received from them was to remind me that if I didn't make the payment by the due date I would lose my deposit. That was 3 days prior to the cancellation. When I asked for an extension by one week they told me NO! I will NEVER book with them again, nor refer them to anyone for services.
I have used Bexley Travel annually for at least 6 years. I work with Angel Rock, who has always been professional, prompt, friendly, and helpful. She helps me with flights and travel insurance for a group trip, and whenever there is a problem (last minute change because one of the members of the group can't go, or the flight itineraries change, etc) she is prompt to communicate and help solve the problem.
Travel agent was very unorganized. We had many challenges getting our trip together. Will not be using this service again.
