Unbelievable. After booking a trip to Mexico through this company for Memorial Day weekend 2015, We kept calling and emailing Polaris Traveler and they would not answer either. When we finally got a hold of them and asked them about how to schedule excursions the week of the trip, they told us that they did not have us booked even though they took our payment. The agent complained that he was going through a divorce after 40 years of marriage and he screwed up. I would not do business with this company and I am surprised they are even in business.
This agent might be good for big group trips, but don't plan on getting the attention you deserve if you're just booking a one-off trip that's budget conscious. You'll be disregarded, ignored, and promised call backs that won't ever happen. Stay away.
No follow up. Unkempt promises. All around horrible customer service. In a sea of travel agents, not the one I would select for my next vaca.
