Yikes! I just went here (gift from my mom) to have my hair colored and after shampooing my hair twice following the process, they did not apply any conditioner! "Maybe they'll put it on later," I thought to myself, but no! My hairdresser, who was the actual owner (her name is Jo), then proceeded to inexpertly blow out my hair and after about a minute, when my hair became tangled and stuck around the brush, I had to put a stop to it! Jo then told me that she had never heard of applying conditioner to hair following a shampoo and that that is not their protocol there. "Everybody's different," she kept saying over and over again. Frankly, I don't know how this place stays in business. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! THEY ARE STUCK IN THE 50'S.
Got to visit my mother, and dropped my son off with her.
