The facial I got was nice, however I ended up having to pay $49.99 for the service, even though the service menu stated it was $34.99. One of the ladies working there said that was a pretty old menu, which seemed a little ridiculous to me. I'd assume that's the first thing to update when there's a pricing change. Good service, but watch out for the prices - they seem to change it as they see fit without really letting their customers know.
I have been with Shruthi Beauty Care for a while. The products they use for facial are great and highly satisfied. The beauticians are very friendly, and recommend the products based on our skin. They are very careful and sincere on eyebrow threading and facial. They are flexible on our schedules and the service offering is worth for the price. They are very dedicated people and I will go there again.
Prices are great! Plus she did a gr8 job threading my eyebrows.
Service was normal. Before I went I called them to find out how much they charge for simple U cut, they said it’s $20. I went there for a hair cut which was really bad and the lady asked me do you want few layers from front and did not tel me about the price during that time. Later, she charged extra $15 for just those layers. I end up up paying totally $35 and I was not satisfied.
I've tried a lot of places after moving to Columbus, OH and nobody does a better a job for a reasonable price while also being so sweet and professional. There are a lot of places that can do a good job but lack professionalism. I will never try another place again, they are the best. I always come in feeling a little self conscious and always leave with a huge smile on my face because they are consistent on quality as well as with how they treat their customers!
