I have been a customer of Performance Bike for several years but unfortunately they lost a faithful customer today. I bought a bike a few months ago and it was not assembled correctly - it literally fell apart on on a MTB ride. I took it in for repair and the same thing happened again - same crank arm fell off on the next subsequent ride. Unbelievable. I had to walk a bike out of a park.....again. When I took it in the second time - the store manager gave me conflicting information about the extent of the repair and treated me rudely. I returned the bike and I will never shop here again. Sad.
Stopped in and the sales guy tried to sell me an adult bike for my 8 year old son. I feel like he was just trying to make a bigger sale. After leaving irritated I made the short drive 1 block South to another bike shop and I was instantly directed to the kid's bikes where they have an awesome trade-in program. I bought a bike and could not have been more thrilled with my experience there.
Will was incredibly helpful, sharing a lot of bike insight and knowledge as in a newbie. He explained types of road bikes, showed a few options, and even accounted for my favorite colors. He took the time to do a fitting to help determine the right bike size. Definitely planning on returning once I have more saved to buy a new bike!
Went in to look at bicycles Josh was there and help me look at them what is very helpful I ended up buying a Touring bike that I helped to use in the spring but now it's on a trainer and I'm getting used to how it works would recommend going in staff was very helpful and courteous
I have purchased 4 bikes there over the years and I felt I got good deals. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great return policy.
