Quality customer service and accommodations. The people here are truly good people. I am currently taking a rigorous course-load, and during midterm week, my bike had its handlebars stolen and wires cut. The 10-minute time frame between the end of one midterm and the start of another means I will need my bike to be on time. After explaining the situation to Kaleb (one of the repair specialists), they moved me to the front of the service queue and began repairs on my bike immediately when I arrived. Kaleb even allowed me back into the employee area where they actually work on the bikes, so he could show me what he was doing to my bike. They even found me the cheapest parts and conformed to my low budget. In just over an hour after having entered the shop, I left with my newly-repaired bike. Overall, this was the finest experience I have ever had at any bike shop. These people are good people, and I highly recommend Revolution Cycles to anyone needing bike service or looking to purchase a new bicycle.
New to the Cbus area. I looked up best bike shops around my area. I saw all the rave reviews of Revolution Cycles. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed at all. I Went in for a simple replacement of my break pads and met the owner who is extremely friendly, talkative guy that seems like a day- at-a-time type of person. Plus he's knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have for him. Just overall a real pleasant person to encounter. Again, my experience was fantastic and I highly recommend checking this place out especially if you like to support local businesses - which, by the way, have low and competing prices for a local shop (normally local shops tend to charge more, for obvious reasons). I look forward to coming back here again.
These guys are the best. I know nothing about bikes, and they talked me through the possible repair options for mine in a low pressure, non salesy kind of way. The gentleman who helped me, Jared, specifically went out of his way to recommend I not get unnecessary work done and saved me thirty dollars. The bike was fixed quickly, and it is running great now. I will be back.
The best. Knowledgeable staff, yet not patronizing. I do bike delivery and I’ve had numerous little hiccups happen while working and the staff always helped me out of my jam. Highly, highly recommended.
Great experience at Revolution Cycles. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and got me in and out in 15 minutes for a flat tire fix. Only charged me $5 to install (had my own tubes that I brought to the shop) and he realigned my breaks for free. This is going to be my go to shop from now on.
