I just want to say, if anyone wants to buy a vehicle, ask for John Palmer. He will take care of you. He doesn't push or rush you into buying a vehicle. This place make you feel comfortable.. I would buy from them again. That's coming from someone that live 1 and half hour away.
Nothing short of a fantastic experience with this dealership. Drove off with a car I absolutely love and a great price. John is a great person and my grandfather and I really loved doing business with him. Would recommend to everyone!!
After having bad experiences elsewhere I was able to come in here to look at a car I have been wanting for years and drove off with it that same day. Needless to say I explained my situation and stated what I need and was taken care of rather well. Brandon was exceptional I did not once feel I was being deceived. Even was honest about me selling my trade in myself to get more money than they can offer I really liked that. Thank everyone for this phenomenal experience.
Showed up to the dealership with a pre-approval and told the management I did not want a bunch of inquiries on my credit report since I already had a pre-approval. I declined the offer from Capital One who the pre-approval was through and called it a day. I later found out 10 inquiries were pulled, 7 on the day I visited the dealership and 3 more TWO DAYS LATER! No permission was given for them to continue pulling credit reports. Tried calling multiple times, left messages, but no one answers or returns calls. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unnecessary!!! This will be reported to the regulators!
