Totally satisfied. Great professional service. Went to test drive a vehicle that was advertised on their website and ended up not liking it. When i talked with the salesman about what I was looking for he found a vehicle better than I imagined and even in my price range. I came there with financing already set up and they were able to offer me a better option. My experience was great and based on that, I would recommend Hatfield Kia for purchasing. What a great buying experience!!! My sales person was Matt Jacoby and he was wonderful. He did not give us the usual sales pitch that we have heard a thousand times. It was very easy to deal with him with no high pressure sales. He took his time talking with us and truthfully answered all of our questions. I told my husband on the way home that every car buying experience should feel like that. I have already recommended him and Hatfield Kia to my friends and family, Thanks Hatfield Kia!!!!

Salesman - Joe Creekbaum. Great experience. Very quick. I was chatting with him online, provided Vin #, they did a sight unseen appraisal. They had the car pulled up when i got there a half hour later. Met Don the GM, very nice guy. Cory, finance guy also very professional. I was in and out relatively quickly. They had the car detailed and tank full by the time i left. Great experience, i would highly recommend.
