This is the worst place to buy a car. They prey on hard working people. They act like the cars are good trash. Kal is a joke they took us for 1500 and car they sold us has a blown head gasket. We had car for 3 days they lie about oil changes. Please be smart don't go here
I had a good initial dealing with Kellie Auto. Picking out my car was easy with no hassle or pressure. My sales person Cory was very nice and accommodating. There were a few things that needed to be done to the vehicle I picked out (back brakes were grinding and a couple of cosmetic things). I thought the brakes were replaced all around but now I found out the front brakes need to be replaced. Which is fine I can deal with that because it's a used vehicle there are bound to be some things to be done to it. I initially told Cory that I needed something I can put on the highway because I go back home to Wisconsin often and being a single mom of two i needed something safe. Only 2 weeks in I need tie rods, an O2 sensor and the catalytic converter needs to be replaced not to mention all of the minor things that need to be done. Basically over $2000 dollars worth of work. I was told by Katie that they would charge me to fix the O2 sensor and the catalytic converter (which are the only things I asked them to repair). I'm hoping to get a better response from someone else. It's now been 3 weeks. I dont think its right that I have to pay for this out of pocket. If I get better results after today, then I will change my review. I love the vehicle and want to keep it but if they can't help me then I'll have to return it. Considering what the vehicle cost and the amount down I had to give, I'm hoping they are reasonable and do the repairs free of charge.
Update 9/20/2017- No resolution. They offered to MAYBE, POSSIBLY give me 200 bucks back if I pay for the tie rods on my own. No assistance with the catalytic converter. I agree with the other reviews (which I should have read before going here) that this is NOT a stand up place and I will NEVER do business here again or refer anyone here. Needless to say it's been 3 weeks and I am unable to drive the vehicle over 35 mph because of the blockage in the catalytic converter so it's parked and I've been paying for rides wherever I have to go. SMMFH...but I will get the.........

I'd advise you to keep looking, don't buy a car from this place, they are the worst! Wish I never bought a car from here. Horrible staff, the girls are SO rude; Non professional. I hate having to call or go in when I need help because they are rude every time and pretty much everyone there has no clue what they are doing. Ripped me off on the car price. I could go on forever. But hope this helps someone! Don't do it!!!

Worst place to go to. Put 3500.00 down on my truck '2007' drove it 4 months the transmission went out.They told me if in the event that something that extreme happen they would take care of us and switch us out. I made sure i asked because i was giving such a big down payment and knew these places didnt carry warranties ...well thats not the case because when it happened i quoted the response i got to the same person which was a Manager and it meant nothing because now i have to come out of pocket for a new transmission. It took them 3 weeks to contact me to even service my truck to get a diagnostic done on it . They kept saying they were booked full and behind and then it was they have to get permission from their Manager to look at it and finally after calling 3 or 4x's a week got an appointment and by the way i had to pay to get it towed there and pay them to look at it for them to tell me what we already knew and to say things like "where do you want to go from here" and "what more would you like me to do" .... Worst experience of my life with this place ive been calling and calling to get ahold of the Management and Finance company.. One of the secretaries said it had in the system i surrendered my vehichile!!
