I'm sure I'll thoroughly enjoy this vehicle, which is my first Subaru. Additionally, the finance guy that I worked with didn't try to hard-sell me any unnecessary warranties that I didn't need. To put the cherry on top, I accidentally left my garage door opener in the vehicle I turned in and Sean was nice enough to have it mailed to my house so that I didn't have to come pick it up- true customer service.
Sean was incredibly easy to work with and made the process unusually painless. I heard about Sean from a recommendation from my mom after she bought a car from him several months prior. The experience was completely different than what you typically think of when you think of buying a car. Sean didn't pull any of the typical car salesman tactics and worked very hard to satisfy my wish list but also stay under budget. I was working on a very tight time frame that would not allow me to be present at the dealership to discuss the money and Sean was willing to communicate with me via text well after the dealership's designated hours to accommodate my schedule.
In the end, I got a new car that I love for the price I wanted and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. For anyone who is thinking about buying or leasing a car in the near future I highly recommend Byers and working with Sean. Only downside was that Byers is located all the way out in Whitehall. In my opinion, the distance was worth it.
I'm very happy with my 2018 Subaru Outback. When my wife and I walked into the dealership, I wasn't expecting to drive away in a new car. But Byers' large inventory of cars made it possible to get the color, interior and features I wanted -- from the back lot. I even got features I hadn't thought of, including Driver Assist technology, USB ports, dual temperature controls, lights on the mirrors and dog-proof seat covers (for the back of folded-down seats).
My wife and I visited Byers Imports for the first time last week. We found a perfectly appointed certified 2014 Audi Q5 SUV, and Rufus showed us everything we needed to know about the car. He was very knowledgeable, gave us plenty of time to reach a decision, and put no pressure on us throughout the process. We happily decided to buy it.
