GO FOR DAVE. White/grey hair, blue eyes, on the shorter side. Will give you a fantastic experience, legitmately wants what's best for you, very knowledgeable, and won't even come close to pushing you. He cut $100 off an already on sale mattress to match the price of another mattress I was looking at and I wanted to give him an extra $50 to make sure he at least got some commission (he wouldn't take the $50). Fantastic guy, fantastic service. ASK FOR DAVE.
If you value customer service, go somewhere else. I walked around needing a mattress and nobody seemed interested in helping me.
Deon and Quinn. Both employees were very friendly and helpful. My table was not the most cooperative so after not being able to fit through the doors they had to take it apart. They then put it back together flawlessly. Table looks great thanks to both of these guys.
The delivery of the furniture was fantastic. However getting a repair done is a whole different story. I have been waiting on a call back since February. I had a warranty issue and had a technician come out and said they would replace the couch covers. I have called many times and keep getting the same run around that they are working on it and will call me back. This was supposed to take 6 weeks at the most!
