Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good collection of books and e-materials. If they don't have it, they'll get it for u. Plus free Internet and faxing.

This branch is always super clean and organized, considering the location. Staff is always helpful and the computer setup is mostly privatised. The only downsides are the wild kids and the few people who bum out front, but the security always runs them off the grounds.
