Told me two different numbers; Fare was $12 something, my girl came back seconds later and he tried to say it was $15 (hit tax button twice) Handed him $20 and he says "okay thanks", like he wasn't going to get my change. This dude was a complete ass.
Driver was turned around staring at me instead of watching road, causing him to swerve. Got to destination, told him my girlfriend had to run inside to grab the fare, so I'd stay in the car. He tried to LOCK MY GIRLFRIEND IN THE CAB. Asked his cab number, so of course all the sudden he doesn't understand English..
RUDE! Discriminated against me (I have a condition recognized by the ADA) AND I was clearly having difficulty walking. He was chatting with one of his "boys" and didn't want to be bothered by me. He first suggested I WALK to my hotel. YES it is the very first hotel out of the passenger pickup area at Columbus airport but 3 lanes of high speed traffic and no pedestrian walk way. THEN he spent more time trying to convince some one else to take me... it took him 30 seconds to take me to hotel and I'm not exaggerating! The hotel's shuttle was closed for the night so the great person at the front desk said hop in any taxi and the hotel would take care of the fare. The taxi driver tried to scam front desk girl when she asked what the fare was he hesitated... then he said $11. She questioned that saying they normally charged $7.25. She was willing to pay him the $11 but he mumbled to pay him whatever she thought was correct. I gave him a $5 tip because he obviously needed to be shown some lessons in being courteous to others. I do not recommend this taxi service unless you feel the need to be treated like a piece of throw away trash.
These retards have NO type of customer service or courtesy. Cannot believe how I was treated.
Afterwards I called company back to tell them about their rude dipshit driver, operators response was "umm let me talk to the driver", as if he didn't believe me. Absolutely ridiculous.
Horrible service called at 9 pm can said 15 mins called back 30 mins later they said it's on the way now 45 mins later I call them again and they say we have no cabs in that area. Like this is unacceptable but nothing can be done about it they say they have no managers. F*** them
These cab drivers need to learn how to drive. Whoever was driving cab # 331 this morning, learn the traffic laws or don’t drive for a living or any other time. You nearly caused an accident that would have injured either you or me pretty badly considering you were going well past the speed limit, not to mention I had the right of way.
I was outright refused service because the cabbie said the place was too close... I twisted my ankle on the way to my destination so I needed this... These guys need to be shut down... I've never been refused any cab services in my life let alone because they think its too close?...just wow...rude
NEVER EVER CALL ORANGE CAB.... A bunch of pricks they are.
