Food was absolutely delicious and delivery was right on the minute estimated. The prices were great too! I recommend this place with two thumbs!!!
I am originally from the Washington DC area and we have amazing Chinese food there. I’m also super picky and particular About my Chinese food. I had been to multiple Chinese places in Columbus and none have lived up to even close to my expectations. They were disgusting or greasy or had a very weird taste. But I went to Joy Food One everyone there is so friendly and so nice and so accommodating that I knew it was gonna be a great restaurant. I have nonstop come back to this restaurant to have Chinese food monthly and I have never once been disappointed ! And if they ever do possibly mess up because no one is perfect they are so generous with either giving you credit back to your counter with funding you or anything and they have been so wonderful and so kind I have even forgotten my credit card one time and they completely make sure that I was taken care of.
Good quality food quiet place friendly staff went here so much they know my my order soon as i walk in the door never had bad experience good portions for the money also
The food is fresh and made to order. The steamed dumplings are amazing. The hot and sour soup is spicy and tangy. My favorite Chinese restaurant in Columbus for takeout.
Two stars is being super generous! I went to the Chinese restaurant that Joy Food One "merged" with. What an unfortunate merger. Where I used to have kind, courteous people who knew my order, I found snippy, indifferent staff at Joy Food One. The meat tasted unlike any other that I've ever had. The food was not cooked properly. After two chances, I would be throwing my money away to return. Never again.
