Tables were sticky. Food and service was good. Just wipe up the tables a little better
Would honestly do no stars if that were possible. Last night my family and I came to this location for my birthday dinner and being a Sunday night it wasn’t busy. It took an hour for them to come out with everyone’s meals after we ordered but when they come out with the food they decide now is the time to tell us that they are all out of one of the meals that we had ordered. So not only did they wait till now to tell us that but then we had to wait another half hour for them to arrive with a different meal that they were suppose to rush. Then once the food got there it wasn’t even cooked all the way. We were there for two hours and it was the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant.
We eat at p.f.Chang's often. This is the first time at this location. Service was good. Hot and Sour soup was sweet. Lobster and Shrimp rice and Pad Thai didn't have and flavor.
The food was absolutely disgusting and the service was rather slow waiting for our bill for over 30 minutes. Not pleased with this experience at all. So we went to the cheese cake factory and solved all of those problems so I highly recommend going to the cheese cake factory instead!!!
We went in on Saturday night. They were busy, and we knew it would be that way so we went in with that mindset. Had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seated, and when we did we started browsing the menu. Our waiter came to the table after another 10 minutes with water, without even introducing himself or even saying hi. After he was about to walk away, I said hello and he said he would be right back. This guy clearly didn't want to be here or do anything but we waited for him to come back again, we assumed he was in between tables and would come back to introduce himself with a better attitude. Again, he just came back to the table and asked us if we were ready. We had questions about the items on the menu and he clearly didn't know the answers, nor did he make an effort to ask someone or clarify our concerns for us. He just shrugged it off and went ahead placing our order. When the food came, we weren't happy with 2 of the 4 items we ordered. He didn't come back to ask us if everything was okay, and by the time he came back to ask if we needed anything, we were almost done with our food and couldn't even order our drinks. We were really disappointed with our service yesterday and the hostesses were too busy to ask for a manager. I've been here so many times and everyone is always so accommodating for our vegetarian orders but this time was just awful.
