If I could give this place half a star I would. I bought a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica from them back in April. First off, the car smelled like a man wearing way too much cheap cologne and curry. I had to replace the battery within 2 weeks of buying the car, the trunk doesn't open, the seats don't recline, the passenger side door comes off occasionally, both the O2 sensors were bad, no air conditioning or heat, and now 8 months after owning the car I think the transmission is failing!!! I Don't know how this place is even still open, they sell nothing but overpriced lemons. Not to mention, if you are making payments you better get receipts for every payment you make because they will lie and say they never got your payment. I paid $200 in cash once and they said they never got it. I mailed in a money order and had to put a stop payment on it because they said they couldn't find it. And the final straw, they don't even answer their phone in english!! The business is Somali owned, and I have no problem with that at all, but you really should at least have someone who can speak english answer the phones. But instead you have a person babble to you in a language you don't know. He puts you on hold, I'm assuming that's what he did I don't really know what he said, to get someone who speaks english, only to get disconnected in the end. And then when you call back nobody answers. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!
