So im not going to lie i was a bit weary of buying a car online (who does this) but all my doubts were proven wrong. You can do everything online or you can call ro speak to a friendly agent. I did both as my anxiety was in full gear. Ben Scott called me the morning my car was to arrive letting me know he was giving my car a full inspection and when to expect it, he showed up took my car off tow, let me go for my test drive, signed my paperwork, and within a half hour he was gone. I give him 5 stars along with the review of carvana! I was able to tweek my car loan for a monthly price and term of loan to how i wanted. I would highly recommend carvana!
