The salesperson at Bose who waited on us was probably one of the most professional people I have ever had contact with. The Bose Store should use Jim as an example on how to sell a product without pressure and giving the customer not only exactly what they need but what they want.

Rude service, was testing out the Bose unit and service rep came in and shut off the unit. Then I ask if I could hear a demo and got a rude, “ it’s updating”
Not good Bose is a great company great products but I would not recommend the store because of service from employees
Horrible. They claim an easy and smooth customer service experience. The initial purchase was humorous since it took 3 of the employees to check us out using ApplePay. And 3 days later, my husband and I tried to return our unit and was met with chaos. First, they require you present CC for returns. They cannot return the money to the original method of payment if it is Apple Pay. The whole point of Apple Pay is anonymity and security. Not knowing they require the physical card (which is a violation of the Apple Pay terms and conditions for merchants-FYI), we made a 50 min round trip to return a system for nothing. A second trip was made in an attempt to return the item a day later. The manager returned the unit only and left off the extended warranty purchased. So, we had to make another trip to the store to get a refund for the extended warranty and bring our card of course. Come to find out, they charged our card AGAIN for the warranty to void it out. We called the store not looking to make yet another trip.and demanding an explanation. Per their manager, they had to do it that way in order to refund the plan. My husband was not satisfied with that answer so he called the card company. The cc company confirmed. The store never processed a refund only a new change and voided transaction. Very dissapointed with our experience. We have several Bose systems within our home and was excited to add another into our newly remodeled family room. Needless to say, we opted to get a complete Sonos unit from Best Buy. At least there, the service matches expectations and in the end we are much happier with the Sonos. Not having to deal with the store again, is just an added bonus.
I went into get my Headphones fixed and they just gave me a new ones without any questions and they also transferred my warrenty from old ear buds to the new ones. I coundn't have asked for anything better. I was in the store for only 10 minutes.
