One star review because I had taken in my laptop for warranty service to replace a 10 cent rubber foot that had fallen off. Since they did not have the part in stock they told me they would have to order it. This wouldn't have been a problem, except, due to their policy, they would have required me to give up my computer to them until the part arrived. In my opinion, this is a ridiculous policy that does nothing except piss off the consumers who happen to be college students that need access to their computer on a continuous basis.
Not a lot of variety of choices for anyone who doesn't want to buy an Apple product or beats headphones. If you're only concerned with how a product looks rather that having a product that functions better this is an okay place.
