I finally did get through to a person and was able to schedule therapy sessions very quickly; however, my initial experience was extremely frustrating (as mentioned above), and I was even told by the person who responded that the 24-48 hours were business hours. Now let's see, at 8-10 business hours/day that would be 3-6 days. I can see how busy the facility is, but perhaps another receptionist for phone calls would be a good idea?
I may sound a tad bit on the dramatic side but I am alive today because of Morehouse osu internal medicine Dr Devin haddad. After repeated trips to various care providers Dr haddad was the only one who took the time to treat me. He fully grasped the seriousness of my illness and the brevity of time I had left on the earth if I didn't immediately go to an emergency room and to disregard the foolish advice from other doctors telling me to wait until It was absolutely necessary to go. Dr haddad was not even my doctor. I called scheduling and the Morehouse location had openings. Every time I called someome answered. Best of all after my visit to his office the the doctor personally called me to give his recommendations for treatment. You can't go wrong with haddad. He's extremely personable and knowledgeable.
New patients can die???? Or your registration staffs act like we are worms on ground can they can just step on us???? Unfriendly staffs. Takes forever to make an appointment with any physician. Either hire more good doctors or just shut down already.
I see three different medical doctors at this facility and they are all absolutely wonderful. I drive over an hour each way to go there from where I live because the doctors at OSU are so much more professional, knowledgeable, and caring (as is the staff) than other places I've been. I honestly don't know how they could get any better!

Today was my third attempt to reach a person by phone at this center. After I suffer through 9 rings when no one answers, then I get a message that tells me where the center is located (I know this already), what the hours are (why do I care if I can't reach anyone?) and finally a chance to leave a message to call me (and they say they'll do that in 24 to 48 hours). Well, 24 hours is over, so I'm waiting for 48 hours to pass. This is not good service, and I'm seriously looking for another place for physical therapy.
