Also..6th floor housekeepers...clean the toilets..don't just.go in and wipe some surfaces.
The most dirty hospital I've been in! 4th floor waiting area looks like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in months! The supervisor needs to take a close look and see how bad it is!!! Pretty sad when you have to bring in your.own clorox wipes and wipe you area down! After complaints for over 3 hrs. Someone came and cleaned the discussing barhrooms,with no toilet paper! I was there at 4am to 5:30 pm. Send cleaners for bathrooms around 10:30
Hopefully someone can start taking care of this hospital sooner than later!!
I've never had a more satisfied visit to any hospital, from the kindness of the staff to the accuracy of the doctors. They found I have a rare condition (RCVS) that I'm not sure another place would have identified so perfectly. I highly recommend this hospital.
Best hospital in central Ohio. Great staff, everyone from information desk to Dr's, shows they care about their patients. More impressed with OSU Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital than I am/was with Mass General or Brigham and Women's in Boston (but still great hospitals)...and that's coming from someone from Boston.
The surgeon excellant. Most of the nurses wonderful. But some of your nurses need a few lessons. I am still here in the 4th floor icu if i have to watch one more nurse ignore my father and treat him less than human im going to lose it. Some of these nurses need a lesson on how to treat patients more like people and less like a number. I still believe this the best hospital.
This is an up todate facility the staff are caring ,professio nalteam who always at in a very-personalized andcaring manner. and they are n to of latest cardiac advances. A heart team and for me without them I wouldn't be here sending this note ymany may thanks for helping me he thru this difficult journey . Grechen Nicol
