This is by far the nastiest hospital I have ever been in. For starters my girlfriend had a room mate and shared a bathroom which by the way only the other person can use because she had orange liquid stuff all over the bathroom and when my girlfriend had to use it she told the nurse and all she did was take the other ladies pee hat out and hers in and didn't wipe off anything. My girlfriend whom they're making ask permission to get up and walk has to rome the hospital to use a family bathroom. It stayed that way all day, I went in the morning and came back in the evening and it was still nasty!! Then she wanted to take a shower and it was beyond disgusting to where she didn't even want to use it but she's been there for almost a week so had to!! I started to look around because pf those situations and noticed the floors also were nasty. They had visible dirt and sticky spot were stuff had been spilled!! I thought the hospital was supposed to be clean always!
The nurses at this hospital are young and devoid of basic manners. I made complaints against nurse Gennie, technicians Darcy and Torrie. All three were extremely rude and ignorant. Quite frankly I am not at all impressed with the facility overall. A great deal of coaching is required in the area of staff being receptive to family questions (I guess they are not accustomed to patients and families asking questions) , adherance to policies such as introducing themselves upon entering patients' rooms, and being sensitive to families under critical circumstances.
