This place had a couple good nurses one of there names is princess.... but there is a nurse by the name of favour.. She is a very very Rude women. She picks on the patients , makes there guests feel very unwelcome , she tries to enforce rules that all the other nurses including the head charge nurse said the things were fine to do an she tries to change the rules on her own. She does not do her job correctly., was not changing my mans pee containers , was not giving him his meds the way the doctor wrote them to be giving , she is just all around not good at her job. Something is to be done to improve the way nurses treat my man if they do not get better I will be filing a law suit against this place an there Mal practice with the way that they handle patients..... so if the next time I go up visit my man an they are treating him rudely I will make another complaint but only this time I will go higher than this thing. I will go straight over all there heads for this. So things had best get straightened up an taking care of the right way or else I am going to call my lawyer..
